A Plain-Language Document

Terms of Service

Effective 30 May 2026  ·  v1

Most Terms of Service are written to protect the company from the customer. LORE's are written to make the relationship honest in both directions. If anything here is unclear, write to mark@loreinc.global and we will explain it in person.

1. Who We Are

LORE LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 42–2306789), registered at 30 N Gould Street, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801. In this document, "LORE," "we," "us," and "our" mean LORE LLC. "You" means the person or business buying or using a LORE product.

2. What You Are Buying

LORE sells digital automation products. Each product is a packaged system — workflow files, setup guides, templates, supporting assets — that you install on infrastructure you own.

When you buy, you receive: the product files exactly as described on the product page, a perpetual non-exclusive license to use them in your own business, plain-language setup documentation, and customer support that does not expire.

You are not buying a subscription (unless explicitly purchased — only the Operator OS is recurring), a hosted or managed service, or a guarantee of any specific business outcome.

3. The Refund Window

Every one-time LORE product carries a seven-day refund window from the date of purchase. Within seven days, for any reason or no reason, write to mark@loreinc.global with your order email and we will refund the purchase in full to the original payment method. We will not ask you to justify the decision.

After seven days, refunds are at LORE's discretion and considered case by case in good faith. The Operator OS recurring subscription may be cancelled at any time and will not bill the following month; we do not pro-rate partial months.

4. Your License (Own It, Forever)

When you buy a one-time LORE product, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and operate the product on infrastructure you own, modify the product to fit your business, and use it to serve your own customers and listings indefinitely.

You may not: resell, sublicense, or redistribute the LORE product files as a product (including modified versions) without a separate written license; remove LORE attribution where it is present; or use the LORE product to operate a competing productized automation business reselling the same workflows.

You may cancel your relationship with LORE entirely — the product keeps working on your infrastructure because you own it. This is intentional.

5. The Operator OS (Recurring, Self-Install)

The Operator OS is the only recurring product as of the v1 catalog. It is $499 per month for the first 20 founding seats — locked at that rate for the life of the subscription — then $999 per month for accounts opened after the founding seats are filled. There is no setup fee, no contract, and no per-agent metering. It is a self-install subscription that you run on infrastructure you own, exactly like the one-time products; LORE does not host, log in to, or manage your installation. The recurring value is delivered as content: new automation workflows each month, break-fix maintenance when the services your workflows connect to (Zillow, the MLS, your portals, your CRM) change, an always-current 50-state disclosure-forms and deadline reference library, and ongoing AI model and prompt upgrades.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rating. No cancellation fees. No questions about why.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars and processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provided. For recurring products, you authorize LORE to charge the same payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the infrastructure the product runs on, any third-party services it connects to (and any usage fees those vendors charge), the data the product handles — you are the data controller for the data you put into the product — and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction (real-estate licensing, anti-spam, telemarketing, fair housing). LORE supplies the tool and the setup support; you supply the operating judgment.

8. Customer Support

Support runs through mark@loreinc.global. Our standard is that every reasonable support question is answered fully on the first contact whenever the question is answerable by the Hive. Support is included with every product purchase at no additional charge and does not expire.

9. What We Promise — and What We Do Not Promise

We promise: the product files you receive will be the files described on the product page; the setup guides will accurately describe how to install the product on the listed infrastructure; the Hive will support you in good faith through any installation difficulty; the seven-day refund window will be honored without argument.

We do not promise: that the product will produce any specific business outcome for your specific business; that third-party services the product depends on will remain stable, priced as they are today, or free of their own outages; that the product will be free of bugs (we fix any bug brought to our attention quickly and at no charge); or that LORE will exist forever as a company. Veritas et Lux.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, LORE's total liability arising from or related to your use of any LORE product is limited to the amount you paid LORE for that product in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. LORE is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm — arising from your use of the product. This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Wyoming law.

11. Intellectual Property

The LORE workflows, setup guides, branded assets, name, logo, and motto (Veritas et Lux) are the intellectual property of LORE LLC. Material you create using the LORE product — your customer communications, your listing pages, your campaigns — is yours. LORE claims no ownership over your operating output.

12. Termination

You may stop using a LORE product at any time. Because you own the files, no formal termination is required for one-time products. For the Operator OS, cancellation is described in Section 5. LORE may terminate or suspend support and recurring services for material breach, unlawful use, permanent payment failure, or legal requirement — in any such case we will explain in writing and, where reasonable, give you a chance to cure.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith correspondence will be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, or by remote videoconference at LORE's reasonable discretion. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are brought individually, not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

14. Changes to These Terms

When we update these Terms, we will update the "Effective" date, publish the new version at this URL, and for material changes notify existing customers by email at the address used for purchase. Continued use of the product after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
