Frequently Asked Questions
The questions operators ask before they buy — answered the way we would answer them in person.
If your question is not here, write to mark@loreinc.global and a real person will answer it plainly. No script, no run-around.
The BasicsDo I need to be technical to use this?
No. Every LORE product comes with a Setup Studio — a single form. You type your name, email, phone, and brokerage once, click one button, and every file builds itself already filled in with your details. Then you import the finished files and switch them on. There is no code to write and no jargon to decode, and a plain-language guide walks you through each step.
What is n8n, and do I need it?
n8n is the automation platform your LORE workflows run on. It is free to self-install, and the workflows run on your n8n account — not ours. You set it up once, following the guide, and your systems live there from then on. The setup is the same for every LORE product, so you learn it a single time.
What exactly do I get when I buy?
You receive the workflow files for that product, the Setup Studio that personalizes them, and a plain-language install guide. The files arrive by email and are also available on your purchase confirmation page. They are yours to keep, on infrastructure you control.
Owning ItIs it really one-time, or will I be billed every month?
The Follow-Up Engine, Listing Machine, Transaction Coordinator, and Operator Suite are one-time — you pay once and the system is yours for good, with no monthly fee. The only recurring product is the Operator OS, the living subscription that keeps the whole catalog current — $499/month for the first 20 founding seats (locked for life), then $999/month. You will never be billed monthly for a one-time product.
Do I own it, or am I renting it?
You own it. When you buy a one-time product you get a perpetual license to install and run it on your own infrastructure, and to modify it to fit your business. You can stop your relationship with LORE entirely and the system keeps working — because it runs on your accounts, not ours. That is on purpose. No hostage software.
Are there other costs I should know about?
There is no hidden LORE fee — no charge per lead, per seat, or per message. The one-time products are paid once. Some third-party services the workflows connect to may have their own usage fees depending on how heavily you use them; the install guide tells you plainly where that applies so nothing surprises you. The honest summary: you pay LORE once, and you pay your own vendors for what you use.
ChoosingWhich product should I start with?
Most operators start with the Follow-Up Engine at $297. It answers the most common pain — leads that go cold because the follow-up does not happen every time. From there, the Listing Machine handles marketing, the Transaction Coordinator handles the path from offer to closing, and the Operator Suite is all of it together for one price. If you are not sure, write to us and describe the part of your week that leaks the most time; we will point you to the one that fits.
Does the Follow-Up Engine get me leads, or work the leads I already have?
It works the leads you already have — and it does that job better than anything else in the catalog. A "lead" here means an inquiry you already receive: someone who fills out your website form, messages your Zillow or Realtor.com listing, texts about a sign, or comes in as a referral. The moment one lands, the Follow-Up Engine captures it and replies in your name within sixty seconds, then follows up five times across the next eleven days so the ones that close do not slip. It also re-engages your own past contacts — old clients and cold leads already in your phone or CRM — and turns a new listing into ready-to-post social content. What it does not do is buy you leads or find strangers off the internet. Plainly: it does not generate new leads — it makes sure you are first, every time, on the leads you already get. For the full picture, read our guide: how agents respond faster and follow up so leads don't go cold.
What is the difference between the one-time products and the Operator OS?
The four one-time products are systems you install and own as they are the day you buy them. The Operator OS at $499/month founding (then $999/month) is the same catalog kept alive: every month you receive new automation workflows, break-fix maintenance when Zillow, the MLS, your portals or CRM change, an always-current 50-state disclosure-forms and deadline reference library, and ongoing AI upgrades. One is a tool you own at a moment in time; the other keeps the whole stack current for you — self-install, no calls, no setup fee, no contract, no per-agent metering.
Will this work for my brokerage or team?
Yes. Every product installs on your own infrastructure and works whether you are a solo agent, a team, or a brokerage of any size — there is no per-agent fee. The Operator OS is the best fit for a growing operation, because it keeps your whole automation stack current and adds new workflows every month without anyone from LORE ever having to log in or get on a call.
Trust & SupportWhat if I get stuck, or it does not work?
You write to mark@loreinc.global and a real person helps you through it. Support is included with every purchase, it does not expire, and our standard is to answer the question fully on the first reply whenever it can be answered. We would rather you be set up and running than left alone with a folder of files.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every one-time product carries a seven-day refund window from the date of purchase. Within those seven days, for any reason or no reason, write to us with your order email and we refund the purchase in full to your original payment method. We will not ask you to justify it. The Operator OS subscription can be cancelled at any time and will not bill the following month.
Is my data private?
The systems run on your own infrastructure, so the data they handle stays with you — you are the controller of your own customer information, not us. We hold only what we need to deliver your product and support you, and we do not sell it. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
What do you promise — and what do you not promise?
We promise the files will be what the product page describes, the guide will accurately show you how to install them, we will support you in good faith, and the seven-day refund will be honored without argument. We do not promise a specific business result for your specific business, and we will not claim one — your market, your follow-through, and your pricing are yours. We tell you what an automation will and will not do before you commit. Veritas et Lux — truth and light.
